Does the setup fee include access to the platform?

Yes. Onboarding and system setup include your first month of platform access.

What if I need help or get stuck?

Support is included with every plan. Growth and Concierge plans include priority or hands-on support to ensure your system continues to work as your business grows.

Can I cancel my plan?

Core CRM plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Concierge plans require a six-month minimum commitment due to the hands-on nature of the service.
