Syla (“Syla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software platform operated by Wasilah LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Company”). Syla is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled responsibly.

This Policy applies solely to information collected through the Syla Platform and does not apply to information collected offline or through third-party websites not controlled by us.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, ACH, or other payment services commonly available through our platform provider. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers.

3. Email & SMS Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your account, services, or Platform usage. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
